John has recently been appointed Master Trainer at Total Fitness, Wakefield. This role is a new one for the company and Wakefield are piloting a new Personal Training system. If successful it will be rolled out across the country later in the year. John is currently supervising a team of 3 trainers as well as himself and hopes to expand this to 6 trainers in total. He is "...totally committed to provide the highest standards of Personal Training to our members and I am excited to be working with a young, enthusiastic team who also look to provide the best Personal Training in the area."
